Terms of Service

Welcome to TitaniumCode. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

TitaniumCode provides professional software engineering and design services. All deliverables are subject to the specifications agreed upon in the project blueprint.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of the custom code developed for the client is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related data, trade secrets, and internal logic strictly confidential.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
